Please note: The fees shown are our minimum fees based on properties in the £0 to £200,000 price band of small size, in reasonable condition and a simple level of complexity.
Help to Buy Redemption Valuations are at a flat fee of £350 regardless of size or estimated value assuming a simple level of complexity and are in reasonable condition.
