Roof Surveys
Know the condition of your roof.
At Goodby Martyn, we define a "Home Survey" as determining the viability and condition of a building,
reported in a clear and precise way, in order for you to make an informed and confident decision about the property you want to call home. (It's also known as a property survey or house survey)

A "Home Survey" will provide an expert account of the condition of a property, highlighting defects, problem areas and any issues found during an inspection of the building and grounds.
There are different types and levels of surveys. The RICS has 3 levels of Home Survey, which are all visual inspections and assessments on the condition of a property.
